DESCRIPTION: Quick and easy seasoning for spicy chongqing hot pot and ingredients.

INGREDIENTS: Canola oil, chili, bean sauce, pepper, MSG, salt, cooking wine, ginger, garlic, anise.

DIRECTIONS: Put 1 bag of the hot pot seasoning into 10 cups of water (bone/chicken soup recommended for richer flavoring) and boil them for 3-5 minutes to serve.  Cook meat and vegetables in hot pot broth.
