AH Hung Sichuan Fish Flavor Sauce
DESCRIPTION: Quick and easy seasoning sauce mix to make spicy sichuan pork dish with fish flavor.
INGREDIENTS: Bean sauce, pickled chili, ginger, garlic, vinegar, sugar, salt, canola oil.
DIRECTIONS: Mix about 1/2lbs of sliced pork with starch. Heat oil and put pork into the pot. Stir for 1 minute and then add seasoning mix. Continue stirring for 1 minute. Add shallot and serve.
