AH Hung Gongbao Chicken Sauce
DESCRIPTION: Quick and easy seasoning sauce mix to make spicy gongbao chicken dish.
INGREDIENTS: Canola oil, chili, bean sauce, pepper, MSG, salt, cooking wine, ginger, garlic, anise.
DIRECTIONS: Marinade 100g of chicken with corn 6-8g starch and 10g cooking wine. Fry 50g of peanuts in vegetable oil until brown and crisp. Drain peanut and set them aside. Cut up preferred vegetables into chunks. Heat up 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil in pot. Add chicken and cook over medium heat until well done. Add vegetables and seasoning sauce, cook for 1 minute. Add peanut, mix and dish is ready to serve.
